Placing an Order – During order placement, Fibertrap will collect the customer’s first and last name, business name (if applicable), shipping address, phone number(s), email address and billing information. Once an order is placed, we may also keep your purchase history on record.
Payment Information – When purchasing our products, the company or its affiliates will collect your payment information which shall include the credit card details (number, expiration date and security code) and billing address.
Information Sharing – Information may be shared with one of our affiliates or licensed representatives who provide a product or service to us.
Preventative Maintenance Program – Any client enrolled in our Preventative Maintenance Program may be required to provide additional information in accordance with our Preventative Maintenance Agreement. For more information please email info@fibertrap.com.
For our Protection – We will disclose information to any customer banking or credit institution if there are any suspected fraudulent or disputed transactions in relation to Fibertrap purchases. Personal information may also be disclosed if there are any debts owed to Fibertrap or its affiliates in order to help collect the debt.
Cookies – Personal and other information may be collected when accessing the website. Browser, flash cookies and web beacon technology may be implemented to provide targeted ads.
Return Policy –
Due to the nature of the product and the risk of bedbugs being sent to our factory, returns are not accepted. If you have received a damaged product, please take a picture of the traps BEFORE removing them from the sealed packaging and send it to info@fibertrap.com to receive a replacement package.

Restricted use –
- Materials – Any picture, image, audio, texts, clips, videos and any other materials (collectively the “Materials”) located on our website are the property of Fibertrap, LLC (the “Fibertrap”) and are strictly prohibited from use of others. You are prohibited from displaying, reproducing, transmitting, modifying or selling any of these Materials, unless granted written permission by the Chief Executive Officer or the Chief Legal Officer. Legal action will be sought against for any unauthorized use of Materials.
- Trademarks – The trademarks, service marks and logos (collectively the “Trademarks”) displayed on this site and on our products, registered or unregistered, are Trademarks that are property of Fibertrap. You are prohibited from displaying, reproducing, transmitting, modifying or selling any of our Trademarks, unless granted written permission by the Chief Executive Officer or Chief Legal Officer. Fibertrap will seek legal action for any unauthorized use of its Trademarks. Any such breach of this provision will cause irreparable injury to the Company and its reputation to such extent that money damages will not provide an adequate remedy to the company; however, they will be sought after. In addition, Fibertrap shall have any other rights and remedies available at law or in equity.
Right to Reserve – Fibertrap reserves the right to change any and all prices, content, software, applications, and other items used or contained in the website at any time without notice.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction – Fibertrap headquarters is located in Holbrook, New York. Any action brought forth shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of New York, USA and those visiting our website or buying our products consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of federal and state courts located in Suffolk County, New York with any action that may arise with the company.
Waiver – Fibertrap’s failure to enforce or exercise any of the provisions or terms contained herein shall not constitute a waiver of any kind. No delay or omission in the exercise of any right or remedy shall impair such right or remedy or be constructed as a waiver. A consent to, or approval of any act shall not be deemed to waive or render unnecessary consent to or approval or any other or subsequent act or breach.
Severability – If any of the terms or provisions contained herein are rendered unenforceable, void or invalid under any provision of federal, state or local law, such invalidity shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other provision or term hereof.
Limitations – Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to the website and its products must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arises or will be waived and barred in perpetuity.
Relationship – It is understood and agreed that fiduciary relationship arises from the use of the website and purchase of any products. Your use of the Website shall not be deemed to create the relationship of employer and employee, or principal and agent, joint venture or partner between you and us.
Product Information – Fibertrap’s products must be used for their intended purposes and should not be used in any manner inconsistent with what is provided on the packaging.
Liability – Fibertrap shall not be liable for any damages or injuries arising from the following result of: any person’s use of the website, defect, error, reliance on product, negligence, interruption (of any kind), delay in operation, delay in production, computer virus, force majeure causes, failure of performance, third party damages, and any other damages that may arise.
Indemnification – You hereby indemnify and hold Fibertrap, its affiliated entities, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, licensed representatives, representatives and agents harmless from any claim, demand, loss of expense, liability or damages which shall also include attorney’s fees and costs for any action arising from the following: use of the website, third party errors, issues or violations, participation in our Preventative Maintenance Program, or breach of any terms contained herein.
Security Policy
Fibertrap cares about your security and we have 24 hour monitoring on our digital platforms. We use SSL to encrypt the connection between our service and users to protect their user experience and data.
We will retain data and logs for up to 1 year, we do not store credit card data, we only provide the connection to the gateway which handles the interchange of currency between the user and the payment gateway.
By continuing to use this site, you agree and consent to having Fibertrap, LLC be custodian to the customers data, we store the payments as tokens not as raw process-able data.
Customers are required to have a minimum password requirement of 8 characters, 1 Capital Letter, 1 Lower Case Letter, and 1 Symbol in order to authenticate with the site.
Shipping Policy
Turnaround – All orders are shipped within 48 hours of purchase
Carriers – We use ShipBob as our order fulfillment partner, you can find their carriers at www.shipbob.com
Order Tracking – If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
Shipping Rate – The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Back Orders – If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
